G’day folks,

At first, I thought there were already enough blogs, to add yet another one out there…. but then the whole purpose of a blog is to try and give another perspective on a topic.

And because the contributors to this blog and I have a large number of personal contacts with users and resellers of Land Desktop and Civil 3D from around the World, the topics on this Weblog will discuss the use of Civil 3D in exotic places such as Australia, New Zealand, India, Fiji, Papua and New Guinea as well as, well known places such as Asia, Alaska, Hawaii, California, Nevada, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Canada, Europe, Israel, Russia. So, I decided to call it “Worldwide” and I truly believe it will be.

I hope we will all enjoy this. I will certainly go the distance to make it a “dinky-di”.

And if there is anything you don’t like about a post – keep your shirt on and just let us know. That way we can fix it before you can say: fair go! But if anyone feels a little thunder here while they are reading this stuff – that’s the thunder from down under and it would be a “beauty” to hear about that, too.

So, for starters there will be just a couple of us contributing to this gig but I know there will be other minds interested in sharing the experience (and the workload) of blogging and contribute to the enlightenment of the rest of us.

And yes, I also felt compelled to start writing something. So, since this is my “number one” topic,

Lets blog off…

Hey Rad! New Jersey’s not quite as exotic as Alabama, but greetings from the other side of the planet. I look forward to reading your blog.

  6. Hey Rad,

Glad to see you’ve made it to the “Major League” of bloggers.

I am flattered to be alluded to by reference of country – unless you are talking with other Israelis without me knowing :-)

Maybe your blog will be a good place for me as well to contribute to the “worldwide” aspect.

I’ll be “down under” in New Zealand and Australia in October. I hope I’ll get to see you.
